Ugh...I am SO TIRED of this weather out here. It has been winter FOREVER!!! I know we've had a "mild" winter here, but it is still a lot of cold weather. Especially in April. I am ready for Spring to get here and stay here. So while we were waiting on more snow yesterday we decided to try out a new eggless sugar cookie recipe. Plus I don't think I'll have the energy next weekend! They actually weren't that good, but Caroline likes them. Of course she doesn't really have anything to compare them to, and it's basically all sugar :)
