Caroline got 2 vaccines yesterday and of course the nurse put the little circle bandaids on the injection sites. When we got home she was absolutely exhausted (who wouldn't be after screaming that much at the doctor's office and a huge poop right before he came in?!?), so we changed her diaper and were ready to put her in her crib. Well, as we were changing the diaper, she noticed the bandaids. RJ and I just looked at each other and tried not to draw too much attention to it. Well, when we go back in to get her up an hour or so later, there are bandaids stuck to the outside of her shirt, like a sticker. Ummmm...ok. So I can only guess that she pulled her pants down, took off the bandaids, pulled her pants back up, and started sticking them on herself? Very cute :) Although a choking hazard...we will not go to bed again with bandaids on. Anywhere.
As noted in the pictures, we got to go for a walk (outside!) today and to the playground. We seriously haven't been there since probably October. Early October. It was about 60 here today and it is going to be in the mid-60's tomorrow. Yay! (Of course a chance for snow this weekend, but that's ok.) It is so nice to be able to get outside and enjoy the sunshine. And I know it is good for me to do some other form of exercise other than chasing Caroline around the house or Gymboree. Although I think that has helped with gaining less weight this time around (so far...). Caroline had a nice time in the swing and is way over confident to be playing on the actual play house/slide/climbing thingy. It says it is for 5 years and up, and I believe them. Those steps are huge! And today there were like 6 older boys playing and climbing all over it. And their parents were sitting there, watching them climb all over Caroline -- hello! Can you teach your kids some manners, please! Oh wait, you don't have any yourself so you can't!
