Whew! What a Thanksgiving! This is the 4th time I've done Thanksgiving, and I am still not used to all of the preparation, planning and actual cooking that goes in to this wonderfully festive holiday! Don't get me wrong, I LOVE to cook and bake. But Thanksgiving is like a marathon :)
We were so blessed this year to celebrate with Grandma Debra and Mr. Mitch and Francis and Florence. The girls just had a blast!!! I don't know who was more exhausted -- the girls or the adults!
We had all of the traditional fixin's...turkey, cornbread and sausage stuffing, sweet potato casserole, mased potatoes, prosciutto wrapped asparagus, carrots, parker house rolls, cranberry sauce, chocolate pecan pie, and pumpkin bread pudding with a maple cream sauce. Gobble Gobble :)
